With over 16-years in management with emphasis on budgetary control and development, EJ provides efficient and effective project consulting and directing. Each strategy he employs is carefully developed, revised, and implemented with clear communication and exemplary follow-through EJ began his career in financial banking. During his time in corporate finance, he developed exceptional customer service skills along with a collaborative spirit and initiative. As his career progressed beyond banking and services, he moved on to management and operations as a Housing Development Director with Pacific Retirement Services (PRS). During his time with PRS, EJ strengthened his sense of planning and strategy as he handled construction oversight and assisted in operations for 25 communities. Ultimately, as his experience grew, so did his sense of service and leadership which spurred him to further develop his talent for creating, communicating, and implementing strategic planning to help businesses of all kinds meet financial and human capital goals as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Throughout his time as an independent project manager, EJ has honed his ability to assess potential obstacles and opportunities from an internal, project-based perspective while remaining mindful of long-term goals and the company mission. EJ's recent professional endeavors include improving audit reviews and cost/benefit analysis for many different business structures including municipalities, nonprofits, and investment firms. He's also delivered and participated in providing thorough and accurate reviews of financial reporting for money managers. Due to his extensive experience, EJ is well-versed in the nuances of preparing budgets and financial models as well as managing and monitoring federal & multi-state regulations as applicable to project development and creating and implementing departmental policies.
